Your email is never used to train AI models

When Minded classifies your inbox or answers a question you ask it, your email content is sent for that request only. It is never used to train or improve any AI model, for you or for anyone else. This is not a setting you opt into, it is how every request works, on every plan.

How long that data is kept

Request logs are held briefly, currently up to 7 days, only to catch abuse and keep the service reliable, then deleted. Your classified emails and to-dos are stored in Minded's own database for as long as your account is active, so the app can work, not for any secondary purpose.

What we never do

• Never sell or share your email content with anyone
• Never use it for advertising
• Never train or fine-tune a model on it, yours or anyone else's

Connecting your mailbox

Mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest and only ever decrypted server-side to run a sync.
